- 2 kg boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- Bell peppers and onions, cubed

- 4 tbsp Harissa paste

Instructions
- Marinate. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, spices, and Harissa paste together to create the
marinade. - Toss the cubed chicken into the marinade and coat thoroughly.
- Let the chicken marinate for as long as possible.
- Thread the chicken and cubed bell peppers and onions onto skewers in a
colorful pattern. - Bake. Bake the skewers in the oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.Â
- Flip the skewers halfway through the baking process for a perfect golden char
on all sides. - Serve or store. Enjoy hot out of the oven with your favorite sides, or let cool and
portion into containers for meal prep.
