Ingredients

  • 2 kg boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
  • Bell peppers and onions, cubed
  • 2 tbsp to Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • To taste Onion Powder
  • To taste Garlic Powder
  • To taste Dried Parsley
  • To taste Turmeric
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Allspice
  • 4 tbsp Harissa paste

Instructions

  1. Marinate. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, spices, and Harissa paste together to create the
    marinade.
  2. Toss the cubed chicken into the marinade and coat thoroughly.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for as long as possible.
  4. Thread the chicken and cubed bell peppers and onions onto skewers in a
    colorful pattern.
  5. Bake. Bake the skewers in the oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. 
  6. Flip the skewers halfway through the baking process for a perfect golden char
    on all sides.
  7. Serve or store. Enjoy hot out of the oven with your favorite sides, or let cool and
    portion into containers for meal prep.
