All-In-One Sculpt is a holistic training program designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance. It brings together high-energy Strength & Cardio, restorative Yoga, and focused Pilates in one streamlined weekly structure, guided by expert instruction

  2. Schedule: Monday to Friday
  3. Weekly Split:
    • 3 Days: Strength & Cardio (with Rana Nadia)
    • 1 Day: Pilates for Core Strength & Control (with Sophia)
    • 1 Day: Yoga for Recovery & Mobility (with Reeha)
  4. Timings: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 08:30 PM PKT
