Ingredients: •1 medium banana •1 cup oat flour •1 scoop chocolate whey protein (optional) •1 tbspcocoa powder •1 tsp baking powder •100ml low–fat milk •1–2 tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)
Filling: . 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder •1/2 cup maple syrup or honey •1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency) •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •Pinch of sea sal
Directions:
1: In a large mixing bowl, mash banana, then add the rolled oats, salt, peanut butter and coconut oil together until well combined.
2: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
3. Add all dry ingredients i.e oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and whey
protein (if using). Mix well.
4. Keep stirring until the batter is smooth and well combined.
5: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter. (optional).
6. Transfer the brownie batter into a microwaveable container suitable for air frying.
7. Air fry at 170°C (340°F) for 10-15 minutes. If needed add 1 more minute.

8. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if needed, add an extra minute of cooking time
until the brownie is cooked through.
8. Make the Chocolate Topping:
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey,
water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and reaches your desired
consistency. Adjust water as needed for thickness.
9. Once the brownie is cooked and cooled slightly, drizzle the chocolate topping generously
over the top.
