goals? This one’s a keeper. It’s nourishing, naturally sweet, and so easy to make
you’ll wonder why it didn’t land in your weekly rotation sooner.

Ingredients
• 80g oats
• 120g dates (pitted)
• 100g carrots (peeled & roughly chopped)
• 150ml skimmed milk
• 2 eggs
• 50g vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Optional topping: dark chocolate chunks or chips

Directions:

Step 1 :
Preheat & Prep Preheat oven to
320 °F (160 °C). Line a small loaf tin or baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2 : Add Ingredients to Blender
Add the oats, dates, carrots, milk, eggs, protein powder, and baking soda into a high-speed blender

Step 3 : Blend Until Smooth
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. The batter should be thick but pourable.

Step 4 : Pour into Pan
BPour the blended mixture into your prepared loaf pan.

Step 5 :Add Toppings
Sprinkle dark chocolate chunks or chips evenly over the surface, if desired.

Step 5 : Bake & Enjoy!
Bake at 320 °F for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
