Ingredients: – 2 ripe bananas – 3 cup rolled oats – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 cup peanut butter – 4-5 tbsp maple syrup – 2 tbsp coconut oil
Filling: – 1 ripe banana – 2 tbsp peanut butter – 2 tbsp coconut oil – 1 tsp maple syrup – 4-5 tbsp cocoa powder (depends how fudgy you prefer)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
2. Pour in the milk and stir.
3: In another bowl, add ripe banana, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder until you achieve semi thick consistency for the filling. If you like it creamy and fudgy add more cocoa powder as per your preference.
4: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown (optional-can have no bake bars too)
5: Let the bars cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
