Navigating Anxiety and Stress as Adults is a three-week online program designed specifically for women between the ages of 30 and 55 who wish to understand and explore patterns and presence of anxiety and stress. Using evidence-based approaches drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), participants will gain practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a supportive community to help them move through daily stressors with greater ease and resilience.

Program Objectives

  • Understand the physiological and psychological patterns of stress and anxiety
  • Identify their personal stress triggers and habitual response patterns
  • Learn and apply skills to change their responsive patterns and adopt emotionally regulated behaviors
  • Use CBT tools to challenge unhelpful thinking
  • Build a personalized toolkit of coping strategies they can sustain beyond the program
  • Feel less alone in their experience through community connection and live group support

  • Duration: 3 Weeks; 2 sessions/week
    • Each session is for 1.5 hours

  • Understand the stress-anxiety connection: when worry becomes a habit
  • Recognzie their stress response, and change habits that grow anxiety
  • Understand their patterns, and learn personal stress triggers
  • See their thoughts clearly, and recognize distortions that create unhealthy and anxious reactions
  • Change automatic, habitual reactions to stress by learning to create a pause between stimulus and response
  • Cultivate self-compassion and learn containment strategies to navigate anxious and stressful situations
