Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peanut (or almond) butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Method
- Prep the base: Mix 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut (or almond) butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Add the dry goods: Stir in 3/4 cup oat flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Pro tip: Don’t over-mix! Keep it light and fluffy.
- The Swirl: Pour into a baking pan. Mix 1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp cinnamon, drop dollops on top, and get your SWIRL on!
- Bake: Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 20–25 minutes or until set..
