Your sweet tooth called… and we answered. 📞✨ Instead of reaching for a processed snack, try these High Protein Cinnamon Blondies. They’re chewy, perfectly spiced, and won’t leave you with a sugar crash.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut (or almond) butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • For the swirl:
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method
  1. Prep the base: Mix 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut (or almond) butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  2. Add the dry goods: Stir in 3/4 cup oat flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Pro tip: Don’t over-mix! Keep it light and fluffy.
  3. The Swirl:  Pour into a baking pan. Mix 1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp cinnamon, drop dollops on top, and get your SWIRL on!
  4. Bake: Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 20–25 minutes or until set..
