  2. Schedule: Monday to Friday
  3. Weekly Split:
    • 3 Days: Strength & Cardio (with Rana Nadia)
    • 1 Day: Pilates for Core Strength & Control (with Zareen)
    • 1 Day: Yoga for Recovery & Mobility (with Reeha)
  4. Timings: 7:00 PM PKT
