Hi, I’m Rana Nadya — Welcome to Sculpt!

I’m so glad you’re here. I created Sculpt as more than just a fitness platform, it’s a space for women to reconnect with themselves, find strength, and feel supported every step of the way.

My journey into movement helped me discover not only physical strength, but emotional resilience that transformed my life. I realized that the strength I had found wasn’t just for me it was meant to be shared. That realization gave birth to Sculpt: a space for women to grow stronger together not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too.

My mission is simple: to help women discover strength beyond appearances, to foster self-love, and to fully embrace their bodies without shame or comparison. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move with more ease, or feel more connected to yourself, Sculpt is here to walk beside you.

This is a community where we celebrate progress in all forms where growth is personal, and no step forward is too small.

She works closely with clients to build healthy habits that fit real life, offering guidance that’s practical, encouraging, and science based. For Arooj, Sculpt is home and clients are family, and she’s passionate about creating a safe space where everyone feels supported, motivated, and confident on their journey.

Hi, my name is Rida Kiran. I’m a dietitian and accountability coach. Unlike others, I’m your go to diet planner, accountability coach, motivational speaker, rant bestie, and virtual matcha partner if needed. We’ll be reconnecting with our roots Oh so going back to non-fancy yet nutritious meals so we can build strength back into our bodies to fight off the family drama like our mothers do Oh-so-strongly.Hello! Sophia

A Pilates teacher with an extensive experience teaching both Mat and Reformer. She is certified in Mat, Reformer (Level 1, 2 & Advanced), Cadillac, and Chair. Over the years,Sophia has built up on a method that is a mix of classical control and functional movement, she likes keeping things mindful but strong, focusing on mobility, alignment, and really connecting movement with purpose. Her motto : the way we move is the way we live.

Mariam Ali

Mariam Ali is a certified Pilates instructor, trained in Mat, Prenatal & Postnatal, Prop Pilates, and Reformer Pilates. With over 6 years of teaching experience and having worked with more than 1,000 clients, she focuses on creating mindful, transformative movement experiences that emphasize alignment between breath and body. Her classes are designed to support women of all ages ranging from Pilates for grounding and healing to Power Pilates for strength and endurance. She also specializes in nervous system regulation, postpartum recovery, and weight management through mindful movement practices.

Hey, I’m Sidra. Think of me as the person who helps keep things running smoothly at Sculpt by Rana Nadya. I assist in day-to-day operations and support the team to ensure everything flows seamlessly, from behind-the-scenes support to client care. Being part of a space that empowers confidence and care is something I truly value and love.

Sumaira is a certified Yoga Teacher, Energy and Sound Healer, Nutritional Wellness Coach, and Writer. Through years of studying various healing arts and maintaining a disciplined yoga practice, Sumaira has devoted her adult life to a deep spiritual journey that helped her overcome trauma and discover lasting peace and purpose. Her teaching philosophy centers on healing, balance, and mindful living encouraging women to reconnect with themselves and unlock their fullest potential.

My name is Shafaq, a professional athlete and fitness coach with over 7 years of experience. I am pursuing a Double Master’s in Health and Exercise at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Specializing in strength and conditioning, fat loss, and weight management, I blend academic knowledge with the discipline of professional athletics. With over 118 client transformations, I focus on delivering sustainable results and helping people unlock their full potential throughathletic-inspired training.
