Strength & Pilates

A low-impact, full-body program designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and support your body gently and effectively. Discover what it means to train smart, move mindfully, and feel genuinely empowered. One day each week is dedicated to Yoga for active recovery giving your body time to reset, realign, and recharge.

  • 3 Days: Strength & Pilates
  • 1 Day: Yoga for Recovery
