Yes, our classes are suitable for all fitness levels — whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Our instructors provide modifications for each exercise so you can move comfortably at your own pace.

If you’re a beginner or have any knee, back, or joint concerns, we recommend starting with low-impact classes such as Strength and Pilates to build a solid foundation. Once you're more confident and comfortable, you can gradually move on to more dynamic sessions like Strength & Conditioning.

 

Yes, we recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and a yoga mat. Depending on the class, you may need specific equipment. Here’s what you’ll need for each class type:

  • Strength & Pilates: Pilates ball, loop bands, and dumbbells.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Dumbbells.
  • Yoga: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, and yoga straps.

  • You can easily purchase the relevant equipment from our website. Don’t worry if you're new to any of these — our instructors will guide you on how to use them safely and effectively during the session.

We do not offer cancellations, rescheduling, or slot transfers. Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and fixed for the selected time slot. Please ensure your availability before booking.
