Hi, I’m Abeera! I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 4 years, and it’s completely transformed the way I move and feel. Pilates helped me manage back pain and showed me that slowing down can still build real strength. It’s about moving with intention, nourishing your body, and feeling empowered.

My classes combine Pilates, light weights, and core-focused training with the use of props—creating a low-impact yet powerful workout that strengthens, tones, and supports your body in the most gentle and effective way. This program is designed to give variety, prevent burnout, and deliver long-term results.
